BLOG SOMEBODY BLOG!! haha i'm entertaining myself in office during lunch now cos i'm too lazy to go out and eat. not that i have any appetite anyway. work always seems to kill my love for food :/ and there isn't much gd food around my area as well, and eating alone's pretty inconvenient since it's damn difficult to find seats. and stupid office blocked hotmail!!! can't even access it frm those search engine thingy. shit can. so my inbox is always flooded when i finally decide to check it after a few days cos i'm usually too tired to check when i reach home. -_-'''

Dunno when i can meet you guys also. ROARRRR (sorry arh jess, plagiarise your noise =P). Got an exam next Wed then got an assignment due the following week. Then got my thesis stuff to do which I have't exactly figured out how and what yet. Oh oh when my research is approved you guys can help me do questionnaire yah pls?? Don't think there'll be any long-lasting adverse effects so don't worry hor :D

Lalala why nobody blog? Working's boring for me. Can't believe I committed to stay till nxt Jan. Thinking of quitting even when my 1st paycheck isn't even in. Ahhhhhh. Must persevere!!!

Hamster MURDERER died on National Day. I thought it was sleeping and happily took a photo of it. Then I realised what happened. Sad leh. Now I got a fat one and a useless one left. Should I take more useless ones from cousin? But quite pointless if I can't even touch it hor. Gah.

It's me again!! Shall make this a short one since I have to be up early tmr. Got back from Langkawi on Mon night. Didn't get really burnt though the sun was terrible. Had lots of fun though my Malay sucked and we got ripped off by cab drivers cos they had no public transport there. Either drive or take cab. -_-''' Grew fatter AGAIN. Didn't even get the chance to lose the Taiwan weight. How bloody depressing. :(

Ahhh I wanna do my hair too!!! Been flaking like mad and it's gotten worse since Langkawi. Think I'll be raining dead skin cells on everyone on Sat. Hahaha. Eh I no need dress up on Sat right? Dunno what to wear in the first place.

Ok shall go slp liao. Leaving the house bright and early to find my way to my school's new locaation. Hope I don't get attacked by monkeys in the area there. I'm blabbering. Nights.

I'm rotting at home now cuz i took leave! So proud of myself.. First time taking leave ok.. Be happy for me too, I INSIST :p well.. im waiting for 1330hrs, so that i can get the bloody registration over and done with man.. so sian.. i'm sure fleas and quek agrees with me that this sucks.. jessie, dun worry.. ur turn will come soon!

anyway.. just an update.. i went to dye & hi-light my hair on sat!! spent a freaking $236 on it man! heart abit pain ar.. but i absolutely LURVE my hair color man!! WOOT WOOT!! the hi-lights are bleached, so my hair is spoilt now man.. but wad to do? i asked for it :( nvm.. shall give it more TLC so that it can go back to being healthy :p

Ok guys I'm baaack from Taiwan!! It was a fun trip on the whole and I had to dig up my long-forgotten knowledge of conversing properly in Mandarin. So paiseh sometimes lor. 华人不会讲华语. At Taipei 101 my sis and I got the English version for the introduction while my mum got the Mandarin version. Shall try and brush up on my Cheena more -_-'''. Next time if we ever go together don't ever freaking join a tour thingy k? Got pretty traumatised with all the incessant sales pitching. I think we had more fun exploring the place on our own, though we wanted to kill each other at times. :D

Anyway I also dunno why I'm blogging now when we're kinda meeting up tmr. maybe cos I saw Jessie's most recent tag. Hahaha. Anyway I feel fat. And I look so freaking fat in my Taiwan pics I'm depressed. This is what happens when you eat 豪大大鸡排 everyday for 5 days in a row.

And after this on Friday I'm flying off to Langkawi till next Monday. Dunno why I agreed to the trip also. Maybe it's cos we put it off for so long I think we were getting pretty sick of just talking abt it. But the thing is, it's soooo near the 28th june!!! Shereen said she don't mind helping out but I think no need lah hor?? I have my beloved Friday gang and that's all that matters!! (I know I sound sappy and crappy but maybe it's cos I'm trying to type this as fast as possible so I can go zzz).

That's why I wanted to meet you guys early this week so I wouldn't have to wait till dunno when before we can meet up. Busy busy week. Argh. Ok I ran outta things to say. Shall go try slp early. Cya soon darlings!! (:(:(:

sunday afternoon. Here i am, working and blogging at the same time. bleah. super bo chap~

Had my graduation on may 29. Lucky me had yichao seated next to me, his usual nonsense was good enough to entertain :) jialing, lyehuat, n zzz hongkai was near, so everything was not-too-bad. Was quite touched by the stoopid ppt slides gg through those stuff ppl do during their studies. My poly life is officially over.. and Im glad i did turn up for the ceremony. A large part of it signifying that i have put an end to one LONG chapter of my life.

Hahah. To my surprise, Dr Lim rmbs me! ha. She went "How r u jessie?" ahhh. This is the kind of quality you'll receieve from a lecturer winning the teaching award... haha. and that Dr Law said, "finally. " hahah. but he went on to day that he's proud of me graduating la. haha. funny!

ahh. it's going to take another 4 long years to graduate again. Frankly speaking, I've learn to embrace this fact that im going to be student agn! and I'll of course, be super hard core broke agn! Cldnt help it but say..

heh. will carry this positive attitude with me, at least til the semester starts haha. ppl, pray for me that my cohort doesnt just consists of hollowbrainers, bimbos, pretenders and posers. PRAY!

YY shall update her sad little school life, which is sorta the only life she has these days. YY has 2 presentation, 1 on Monday with 1 other class mate, 1 on Friday with 3 other classmates, a 3000-word essay due on Friday that is only 1000 words done and a "midterm" on Friday too (dunno why they call it that when it's the last tutorial for that module -_-''').

To make things worse, presentation on Monday is on a topic I don't really like so I really really pray no one asks questions cos if they do I'm screwed and the other member probably has the same thoughts as me :) And 1 grp member for the other group had to fall really sick and be on 2 wks' MC. So basically the rest of us are doing everything cos sick girl can't do anything anyway :X

The only time I actually had a social life when I went out to shop for birthday presents a few Saturdays ago. Once again, I wonder why so many people like to vomit into town on Saturdays. =P

Anyways congrats to those whose exams are over!! I dunno when I'll see you guys again, but I miss you all!!!

how are ya doing huh? busy wif work and all? It a few weeks b4 exams for the few of you so i bet you guys are feeling the stress..........................

But nonetheless. Hope you ppl are doing well?! heh! drink more water, slp more, quarrel less and do keep up with the quizes, tests, assignments, projects and the exam TIPS. Hoohohoooo. Gambateh neh!

As for me, it's gonna be another hectic week at work next week. With a roadshow coming up next weekend, Im the sole person in charge (gasp!) there. Just by imagining the stock(gasp!), the money (gasp!) and ppl makes me sick! What im most afraid is.. LOST of anythin! Then I'll be made accoountable agn. dotsss.

I'm writing this as I'm having lunch at vivo alone AS USUAL (haha. you guys can just smack your heads again. i know. :P) will copy this over when I'm done (it's at times like this I wish I was tech-savvy and have an ipod Touch. so much more convenient -_-''')

Anyway, I guess it just dawned upon me how lonely people can get when they're alone. No one to share their thoughts with, no one to eat with, and I guess no one to grow fat together (esp when he/she is pigging out). We could even be lonely when we're surrounded by people. I could just die one day alone and no one would find me except the hungry houseflies nearby.

Ok, before I get anymore morbid, let me just clarify that I'm just being melancholic as I sit facing the sea chomping down prawns. I'm in no way depresses (at least that's what I think, last time I checked), and since I haven't exercised my creative writing skilld in a long time this is as good a time as any to practise.

Also, I probably ran out of thoughts to surround myself with when I'm alone, be it dining or engaging in other activities, and awie's invitation card hasn't arrived in the mail yet so I can't ponder over it. =D

That's enough philosophising for the day I think. Any more of that and I might be the next Socrates. And my main course is here. :))

guess wad we were dng like juz 1 - 2 hours before a killer test? EXPERIENCING KOREA!! how crappy can we get right? *faintz*

we had a green chem quiz on thurs that was like f*** and instead of studying as much as we can, we went to put on hanboks and took some very cute pictures =p where did we get the hankboks? from ntu's very own canteen a! there was a korean culture fest that was held at can a, and there were many hanboks available for pple to put it on and take pics in it.. so cool right?? they also sell the hanboks.. but ex sia.. $100+ is the bare minimum.. the shoes too.. their shoes are very unique and preeeetty.. but ex.. $50+ a pair =( i wanted to try kimchi too la.. but they dun have.. instead, they were selling korean cup noodles (zzz..).. -_-

anyway.. how's the outing on fri? quek and 老黄met up right? how was the send-off? did u cry ur eyes out pork chop?

i went to meet ah may and ying.. went menotti's for dinner.. yum yum.. but we had to travel for an hr by car to raffles city man! can u believe it? an hr in a car!! we were all ravenous by then.. on top of that, we had to queue to enter menotti's la! ended up having dinner at 9+ can?? haiz..

oh.. i tried a new doughnut place at raffles city! think it's called J.Co.. yum yum.. i think it's on par with doughnut factory.. we shld go try it.. but since i only had 1, it's not enough!! i wan doughnuts.. i wan doughnuts =(

poor phyllis is down with fever again.. this time i think her fever hit 39.5.. gosh.. this is really not her yr man.. think she has been to the docs for like countless times within this few months..

Wanted to write in here earlier, but kept forgetting. Haha anyway cheers to our fruitful cny house visiting! And thanks awie for driving us all over the island, tiny as it may be. Hope our petrol donation was enough to fill up your tank hor.

Hmmm dunno what to say also leh. Haven't met up in a while liao. Didn't meet up on Valentine's Day cos everyone was occupied, and neither on Friday too cos I had to go admire flowers on sentosa. Drove me bloody mad actually. Maybe I'm not a flower kinda person. I was walking in circles with my mum cos she was so fascinated with introducing the flowers to my aunt and uncle cos they came later. At least I got a free dinner outta my uncle. Hehe.

Erm. I'm running outta stuff to say liao. Maybe it's cos it's nearly 3am in the morning and my brain stopped functioning properly at around midnight. Random thought of the day: My New Year resolution is to talk more and keep less stuff to myself. Quite hard but I'm trying. Even though I've been watching movies alone (2 in a row the past week liao; I think I might have created a new record :D). Maybe cos you guys seem so far far away and lead such busy lives, and I haven't been meeting up with my fellow school musketeers in the meantime.

Where's everybody?? Nobody blog here so I sneak off from my studies and blog lor. Hope everyone started school on a good foot with many distinctions to come!! =D

Gosh I don't really know what I wanna say. Just crapping at the moment. Humour me kay? :))

Well, as we all know Jessie lost her hp. Stupid fucker who picked it up didn't have the nice courtesy to return it, so let's just curse him and hope he gets constipation for 2 years straight and piles for the next decade or so yeah? Hell hath no fury like a grossly annoyed woman who lost her hp and her good friends standing by her. =D

Um let's see where shall I start? I finally completed all my assignments (sorry I couldn't meet last Fri- assignment deadline confusion had practically the whole faculty in wild panic -.-''') and I finally got down to studying. I'm still 1 chapter down from what I planned to cover tonight so I guess it's midnight oil-burning tonight once again. Hope I can wake up on time to go gym before starting on tomorrow's quota.

And can we meet 1 more time sometime this week before I go into mugging hibernation mode? Before anyone suggests Friday, I can't make it cos I have a concert to go to. Dunno what the fuck I was thinking when I agreed to go. Can bash me if you want to yah. Maybe some sense can be knocked into me. =X I also have class on Thursday and something else on Saturday and the rest of the time I'll be studying.

That's my schedule for the week! :) But if we aren't it's okay also lah I can always entertain myself hahaha.

The whole point is, it's reallie darn farking boring laaaaaaaaa. Oops. My vulgar nature is out. Basically, I just went for the buffet( which is not nice), 2 drinks 1 juice and the xmas present exchange. I GOT A PHOTO FRAME AHAHHAHHHA! I pity Edmund (salesman) who've gotten my present which is a Ralliart water bottle and a handphone charm. Worth 20 dollars okie! And yes, you've guess as much, the budget is 20..

The greatest achievement of the night : Baileys. ( is this how you spell?)
Not bad, but very strong. Has a pleasant milky texture which i like. No doubt about the extra calories that comes with it. HAHA. Er. I arrived at the party at 730pm and i went home at 10 i think.. and that's when everybody starts to leave.

Actually, i have sth to share. As you guys may or may not know, Jessie has been a good girl and she stopped going online to play devilish games like Audition anymore. (But it hasnt been uninstalled though.) It was an addiction that followed me through my last short and unjustified semester in ngee ann . In particularly, when there was no one else in school whom i can relate to, my online pals were my buddies really. They were my make-shift friends and almost everyday we chat and lamed online. Those days were well, quite fun haha. And sometimes i really feel sincerity through our conversation, like asking how are you, good luck for your assignment or sharing stories from the past etc etc. Virtual-very-good-friends one of them address us. LOL.

Well, initially i thought it was okay to play and pass time ya know? wellwell. so wrong. These online friends made it almost impossible to stop because they make me wanna put in more effort in furbishing our friendships. I do care alot for these people too, i would want to know how they are getting on with their lifes and whether or not they were doing well etc. I treat them like my real friends then. (and probably now too)haha. During these period of time, i have subconsiciously tried to quit like wholesalely, like abandoning my characters, not playing audition and even stop going online to avoid having to see them. HAHA. But knowing jessie, do you think she would and can forgo people who'd helped and cared for her before? lalala. most probably not.

wellwell, but i guess for me, virtual friendship has reached a plateau whereby it just couldnt further anymore due to security reasons, some things are just not meant to be shared. And I think friendship will naturally grow stronger when they survive conflicts and arguements, in this case there just werent enough conflicts at all to allow the shift from aquintances to good friends.

When i was knocked down by the fucker motorcyclist, it actually came to me that non of these people will be there to accompany by my side. They will always be there but they are never here. "Will a get-well-soon msg be sufficient by then?" If i had been admitted to hospital, break a leg or arm and the paramedics happened to call one of you, I think my fridaygangmates will rush to hospital. At least i had yunying wif me when i called her to accompany me to bukit merah polyclinic.

I think my decision is abit extreme, you know, try to cut them down to a point when eventually i will delete them from my contacts. It hurts a little really because im quite upset that friendship has to be given up like this because its certainly going nowhere. It's different from your random hi-bye friends because alot of efforts has already been injected thus leaving is tough ):

And nope. I dont think im ever going to meet them to make them my Real friends either. This is an option but it feels weird because we are all of very very very different background?working class, schooling , gangsters etc and not mentioning the other implications when we meet.

Got a rough idea on the subjects I'll be taking next semester. All year 3 subs leh so I'm kinda worried. How to go out now?? And I heard the timetable is pretty screwed cos not only do we NOT have morning class (maybe a few only) we probably will have night classes too. It's likely there won't be a mid-term break also cos they want the exams to be completed before CNY next year so the foreigners can return home in time to celebrate. There goes my plan of going somewhere with my mum and sis in December. =( Hopefully the prof can do something about it in Australia where he's trying to iron out the issue.

Haiyo. Sound quite depressing hor. Think I'll have to take it a day at a time. My sister's at a chalet now, and it stirred up the memories of when we used to go Downtown East for our 4D3N sleepovers (thanks to eewen's aunt :]). Um eewen it's your aunt not cousin right? school is bad enough, esp when i'm trying to avoid north spine as much as can so tt i will not run into him.. tdy is the start of the cca fair.. being the vice chairperson, i think he will definitely be there, which means tt all the more i shld not be in north spine.. however, i still see many things which reminds me of him.. like the cars on display, his friends, his best friend's gf who happen to sit in front of me during lecture.. and everytime i'm on the road, my eyes will automatically scan the surrounding cars, hoping tt i will see his somewhere.. i dunno why.. though it has been quite some time since we broke up, but i cant seem to get over it.. sorry guys.. i tried, but i cant get over him, at least not completely..

Dear people,

Due to extreme boredom arising from the fact that I have nothing to do, I have decided to drop by with another post. I'm bored. Well, it's not that I have nothing to do, since as we all know, our work never seems to stop coming. It's just that I think my brain has currently given up functioning for the day as I was reading an extremely cheem book for a book review. Halfway through, I kinda died as I was trying to figure what the contents were all about in this extremely fascinating book. Hence, having completed around 4 chapters, I decided to call it a day.

Anyway, even if I had wanted to complete reading the book, it would be impossible I guess due to a wonderful thing called family commitments. My maternal grandfather is celebrating his birthday today at Hougang instead of one of his second wife's sons' places as none of the freaking bastards had the decency to offer their terrace houses for the event. Whoops. Not very nice of me to call them bastards. :) Only one can be called a bloody bastard. The rest, let's just call them nincompoops. :)) My mum's running herself ragged organising everything so I'm leaving earlier to see if there'sanything I can do. Okay, shall make a move yeah? Taaaaa. =D

This is definitely more fun than making inane conversation later with random relatives that I see twice a year. Haha. =)

It's me being emo again!! Yays!!

How's everyone's wk so far? Hope it's been better and more smooth-sailing than mine. Been having a quite fucked up week to me, though I can't really pinpoint what's the problem.

One thing I know for sure is, I haven't had a good night's sleep this whole wk. Maybe it's cos I just started a new semester and stuff so I'm not used to waking up early for class, and I've been feeling a burden in my heart dragging my mood down. The worst thing was, I couldn't even cry myself to sleep. I just got a headache, puffy eyes the next day, accompanied by enquiries in school as to why my eyes were so swollen.

Sorry I didn't tell you anything today jessie. I blocked everything out.

well.. i seriously have to acknowledge her as my best friend in poly. And she's always so nice to every1, including me of course. Always there for me, even in time of crisis. To tell a gossip, share a joke when i was drifting away from the gls clinque when clearly i was the sole one out whose not in main comm. She's also the one i go for when i nd $$... just like bank of jiahui. LOL.

NOw that she's gone to aust.. im beginning to worry for her.. and feeling slightly empty.

sorry dudes.. im sooooo bored in lab!! so i've decided to write some rubbish here to pass time =p

tian ar!!!! when can we ever give yy her present?? like for the third time in yrs that we bought yy a present, but due to some unforseen circumstances, it is still not delivered to her yet.. i'm soooooo sad =( i was actually eagerly anticipating for the arrival of 1st july.. but it was not to be.. well.. too bad yy.. guess we have to keep u in suspense for a while longer!!

and damn!! my whole body is aching now, thanks to the super hiong lesson of kickboxing yesterday.. the new instructor is damn fun, but super tiring!! arghz.. and the lack of sleep is making me cranky sia!! the lab is too cold for me to sleep also.. tried sleeping but woke up due to the freezing cold temp =(

anyway.. how's everyone doing? shall we meet up this fri or sat? so tt we can watch our long awaited transformers and give yy her present?? got camp for the whole of next week, starting from this sat.. sigh.. one loooooong week ahead of me!!

Just had my Brain and Behaviour paper today. Thought I prepared pretty well for it, but turns out I was so wrong. Strange stuff came out and I started panicking cos I never saw the terms before. 12o freakin MCQs. Well at least I finished them all. Now that I have a teeny weeny bit of time in between planning how I'm gonna tackle my revision for my final subject, decided to drop by a bit. =)

Kept planning to drop a post whenever I was free but stuff kept cropping up. Or maybe I found reasons not to cos I was just so sick of everything recently. Or maybe I'm just weird lah. I'm not really a blogging kinda person. ;) Okay, here goes:

Eewen: Don't think too much about your results yeah? I know it's hard but just concentrate on bowling the best you can. I know this is gonna sound damn cheesy but has anything happened recently that might have caused you to lose focus/concentration in your game? Have you been training at the same freuency and stuff? Go disturb the people in the west if you find yourself thinking too much unhappy thoughts since they're nearby. One depressed fella (namely, me i guess) is enough for us all. Or like what aw suggested, go plan the bbq and steamboat thingy she was talking about?

Random statement: I miss our chalet!! I miss wandering around Downtown East stressing over what we should get for the bbq. I miss sitting outside our room at the bbq pit stoning and playing cards. I miss the the nice policeman telling us we should turn down our volume of our radio cos it was pretty late already (okay, I don't really miss that but if the officer was hot I wouldn't mind :D)

If you wanna get whacked, come find me! We'll go get ourselves plowed all over the island! (with the hope I can afford it) I know I sound like an up-and-coming alcoholic but for some reason I've been craving for it for a damn long time. I know!! We should all bring booze to someone's place and drink. More economical yah? (Spoken like a true Singaporean =P) Gosh I think I don't make sense even to myself sometimes.

Um, by the way, I know this sounds paranoid but the people you're drinking with are honest, trustworthy people right? Not that I'm questioning your choice of friends and blah blah but I just wanna make sure that they're okay. Don't get too annoyed yeah? =)

Aw: Your nicknames on msn always sound sad. You okay? Don't really know what's going on and stuff but if you need a listening ear I'll try my best to provide a good one yah? I know we practically never talk online (my fault, really- I appear offline too often for my own good) except for that time when there was an unexpected interruption *cough cough* but your emo nicks always draw my attention and make me wonder. Eewen is devastated. She bowled the worst ever in her life. The worse thing is.. it's in a competition. Like fuck man seriously. It has been a long time since i said that i bowled well. ello pple.. how's life so far?? this weekend was super productive man!! havent had such a busy weekend for a long long time..

i finally recovered from the flu, though the cough is persistent...

I WENT TO MITUBISHI'S SHOWROOM!!! wooooo.. the cars are NICE!! my aunty test drove both mitsubishi i play and mitsubishi colt man.. the colt is damn cool la! (she bought that car btw) so envious.. =p garang guni b4 tt was fun too, though tiring and super hot!!

and last night, we were crazy man!! absoulutely!! go great world to eat kenny rogger's and holland v to eat nydc's dessert!! TIAN AR!! TAF club here we come!!

and today.. pay back.. went for kickboxing with clarice.. it was quite fun actually.. better than running anyday!! MUCH BETTER!! but after tt.. went to eat subway with clarice, jessie and phyllis... :( no diff i think..

Eewen is dying of boredom now.

There's nothing to do in hall and there's noone around.

It's even worse now when my toiletmates are different.

I had trouble sleeping last night even though i slept at 4am and i had to wake up at 10am. I think i am missing my bed at home already.

Eewen went to clarke quay yesterday with a few friends and we hanged out at the clinic. The seats were super comfy and yeah.. haha.. interesting drinks like X-Nurse party, Sex on the drip and Chemical babies.

It was kinda expensive for those kinda drinks. The bloody drip gave us problems.. hahaha.. we also tried shots of the new Smiroff Raspberry flavour. It was not bad.

Let's go check out the different pubs and chill out places over there! haha... some of them are pretty interesting... and no.. Eewen is not turning into an alcoholic.

And yup! Eewen went to sing k too. Can we please go sing k together? I miss k sessions with you all. High high high!

Eewen also went to bowl on the same day in the morning over at yishun. I think she pulled her muscle. Bloody hell. Bowling from bad to worse when the competition's on 28 may. Well done.

It was fun catching up again on thurday. The bai nian-ing sessions. Heh. even though i didn't go to YY's house, her mum gave me an ang pao!!! so touched!! hahaha..

This is Friday gang's 4 year together. yup... It has been 4 years. We had lots of fun these 4 years. Well, as you guys know, we are growing up. Things will start to get different.
